Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es possuem data limite para encerramento e as vagas s\u00e3o limitadas.<br>1.2. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser realizadas exclusivamente pelo site <strong>bebelflute.com<br><\/strong>1.3. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o efetivadas somente ap\u00f3s a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do regulamento, confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento e preenchimento completo do formul\u00e1rio de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>1.4. \u00c9 essencial respeitar os crit\u00e9rios de idade definidos para cada turma no momento de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Pol\u00edticas de Aus\u00eancia, Cancelamento e Transfer\u00eancia de Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Ap\u00f3s a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, em caso de desist\u00eancia do aluno, o valor pago <strong>n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 reembolsado<\/strong>. Como o n\u00famero de vagas \u00e9 limitado, desist\u00eancias representam uma perda de oportunidade para outras fam\u00edlias interessadas.<br>2.2. <strong>N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de aulas<\/strong> em nenhuma circunst\u00e2ncia (falta do aluno, condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas adversas, fechamento do local de aulas etc.).<br>2.3. Reembolsos e cr\u00e9ditos ser\u00e3o concedidos apenas em casos de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancelamento da(s) aula(s) devido ao fechamento do Conservat\u00f3rio (condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas severas, falta de energia etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelamento da(s) aula(s) por decis\u00e3o do professor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser transferida para outra fam\u00edlia interessada, desde que comunicada previamente \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do programa Musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para Brasileirinhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. As aulas acontecem no Maritime Conservatory &#8211; 6199 Chebucto Road &#8211; na sala 12, localizada no segundo andar. H\u00e1 estacionamento dispon\u00edvel no local. Eventuais mudan\u00e7as de endere\u00e7o ou de sala ser\u00e3o notificadas com anteced\u00eancia a todos os participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Cada encontro tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 a 45 minutos, a depender do n\u00famero de crian\u00e7as presentes e do n\u00edvel de intera\u00e7\u00e3o durante as atividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. A presen\u00e7a de pelo menos um dos pais ou respons\u00e1veis \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria durante todo o per\u00edodo da aula. Ambos pai e m\u00e3e s\u00e3o bem-vindos!<br>2.3. Em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de atraso, os participantes devem entrar na sala e juntar-se ao grupo de forma discreta, para n\u00e3o dispersar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Conduta Durante as Aulas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. O desenvolvimento musical das crian\u00e7as \u00e9 o foco principal das aulas, mas \u00e9 importante que as fam\u00edlias tamb\u00e9m participem do processo de aprendizado.<br>4.2. Conversas paralelas ou ru\u00eddos que possam interferir no andamento das atividades e no ambiente de aprendizado devem ser evitados.<br>4.3. Se a crian\u00e7a optar por n\u00e3o participar de alguma atividade, sua escolha deve ser respeitada. Ela est\u00e1 assimilando e se adaptando ao ambiente, \u00e0s pessoas e \u00e0 rotina da aula.<br>4.4. \u00c9 recomendado que n\u00e3o haja interfer\u00eancia na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de movimentos, no manuseio dos instrumentos e participa\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as nas atividades. N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso cham\u00e1-las ou pedir para que participem, basta oferec\u00ea-las tempo e espa\u00e7o para que se desenvolvam no pr\u00f3prio tempo.<br>4.5. Caso a crian\u00e7a n\u00e3o esteja confort\u00e1vel ou chore durante a aula, retire-se da roda por um momento e retorne quando considerar oportuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Fotos e v\u00eddeos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br><\/strong><br>5.1. \u00c9 permitido fazer fotos e v\u00eddeos durante as aulas, desde que o uso de c\u00e2meras e celulares n\u00e3o atrapalhe a condu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades e a aten\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as. Viver o momento presente com as crian\u00e7as e construir mem\u00f3rias em fam\u00edlia \u00e9 mais importante do que registrar tudo.<br>5.2. O compartilhamento p\u00fablico das imagens deve ter autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via dos pais ou respons\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas aulas implica a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o integral deste regulamento. Meu objetivo \u00e9 oferecer uma experi\u00eancia enriquecedora, respeitosa e prazerosa para todas as fam\u00edlias participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do programa Musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para Brasileirinhos<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. Registration has a set deadline and limited spots.<br>1.2. It must be completed exclusively through the website <strong>bebelflute.com<\/strong>.<br>1.3. It will only be confirmed after filling up the registration form and payment confirmation.<br>1.4. It is essential to respect the age criteria defined for each group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Absence, Cancellation, and Registration Transfer Policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Once registration is completed, in case of withdrawal, the amount paid <strong>will not be refunded<\/strong>. As class spots are limited, withdrawals represent a lost opportunity for other interested families.<br>2.2. <strong>Missed classes will not be rescheduled<\/strong> under any circumstances (e.g., student absence, adverse weather conditions, or venue closure).<br>2.3. Refunds or credits will only be granted in cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Class cancellations due to venue closure (severe weather, power outages, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class cancellations at the teacher&#8217;s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. Enrollment may be transferred to another interested family, provided that prior notice is given to the coordination team of the Musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para Brasileirinhos program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. General Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Classes take place at the <strong>Maritime Conservatory<\/strong> &#8211; 6199 Chebucto Road &#8211; in <strong>Room 12<\/strong>, located on the second floor. Parking is available on-site. Any changes to the venue or room will be communicated in advance to all participants.<br>3.2. Each session lasts <strong>30 to 45 minutes<\/strong>, depending on the number of children present and their level of interaction during the activities.<br>3.3. The presence of at least <strong>one parent or guardian<\/strong> is mandatory throughout the class. Both parents are welcome!<br>3.4. In case of tardiness, participants should enter the room and join the group discreetly, avoiding distractions for the children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Conduct During Classes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Children are the focus of the classes, but family participation is an important part of the learning process.<br>4.2. Parallel conversations or noises that may disrupt the flow of activities and the learning environment should be avoided.<br>4.3. If a child chooses not to participate in a specific activity, their choice should be respected. They are observing, assimilating, and adapting to the environment, the people, and the class routine.<br>4.4. It is recommended to avoid interfering with the children\u2019s movements, instrument handling, or activity participation. There is no need to call on them or insist on their participation\u2014simply provide time and space for them to develop at their own pace.<br>4.5. If a child feels uncomfortable or cries during the class, step away from the group momentarily and return when you feel it is appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Photos and Videos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Taking photos and videos during classes is allowed, as long as the use of cameras and cell phones does not disrupt the activities or the children&#8217;s focus. Living the moment with your child and building family memories is more valuable than capturing everything.<br>5.2. Public sharing of images requires prior authorization from the parents or guardians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By enrolling and participating in the classes, you fully accept these regulations.
